Easily return your Ecksand jewel by mail or in-store at the downtown Montreal store. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of readiness (“READY-FOR” date on the invoice). Very high quality craftsmanship

I worked with Ecksand 90% remotely where they really took care of me and all of my needs for my engagement ring. I really liked corresponding with Vanny and AJ who always were very professional and so helpful. I did not want to buy an engagement ring from a big "franchise" or company and wanted to support a smaller boutique like this one in Montreal. I really support the culture that Ecksand is trying to build and love that the ring is made in Montreal. Very high quality craftsmanship and will likely be returning for wedding bands.

Fantastic price

My fiance and I have had nothing but fantastic experiences shopping at Ecksand. On our first visit, we dropped by after a disappointing day of shopping for engagement rings. The service provided by Erika and Vanny was amazing -- and we ended up leaving that day having purchased my dream ring! Erika's attention to detail was exactly what you want when shopping for something so precious -- she brought out gem after gem, allowing us to compare and contract, guiding us through the important features with her expertise. The ring exceeded my expectations substantially!!!

I did alot of research before buying a ring. About 3 months worth of looking online and going to shops. When i came across ecksand they seemed to have it all. Great quality for a great price. Ecksand is the real deal, they shipped my ring all the way to calgary very fast and the quality of the ring exceeded my expectations substantially!!! Great customer service

I had a great experience shopping for an engagement ring at Ecksand. Very knowledgable, very professional and great customer service. If only all businesses today operated with this level of professionalism. I went in with a vague idea of what I was looking for and was taken step by step through the budget, the cuts, the materials, different options, etc... Choosing the actual stone was a fun process as well. Did not feel pressured or rushed at any point. I should also mention that this was all done in a fairly limited amount of time as we were leaving on a trip shortly afterwards. We will definitely be returning to check out weddings bands.
